  • Supervisors are trained to handle SUD issues.
  • Employees are trained on existing drug policies and on the recovery help that is available.
  • Employees can get referrals to counselling and to treatment.
  • Non-biased communication about recovery.
  • Support of medicine assisted treatment in claims.
  • The Employee Assistance Program can handle SUD-related calls.
  • RFW principles are integrated into existing health and safety committees and policies.
